Abstract

Clustering methods are frequently used in the reconstruction of phylogenetic tree; however, different choices of the methods usually result in different trees. In this talk, I will introduce an additive phylogenetic tree constructed by fuzzy operators, which unifies all the hierarchical clustering methods. Cophenetic correlation and stress function were used to evaluate the results.
