MJ Health Data and Biobank: Potential for Basic Researches and Applications

Abstract

MJ Health Research Foundation (MJHRF) established a world-class “MJ Health Resource Center” based on ethnic Chinese population and provides comprehensive biological data and samples to the biomedical research community worldwide. By using MJ bio- and survey databases, researchers have published many high-impact papers on the development of risk prediction models or investigation of relationships between different factors and diseases. Additionally, some of the research results have been applied to clinical practice for health promotion and management.
