Abstract
A summary of my research since 2009 will be given, with major highlights on degradation analysis, reliability engineering and experimental designs. Some degradation models for reliability analysis and the related problems in design of experiments will be discussed. The developed models and properties bring the engineering and the statistical communities closer to addressing real problems with a solid foundation. In addition, I will briefly share my ongoing and future research projects in this talk.
