Abstract
In this talk, I will introduce the work of my lab in the area of Computational Cancer Genomics. Through case studies, I will describe our effort at advancing cancer prevention by developing an experimental and computational approach to the modeling and prediction of environmental chemical carcinogenicity. I will also describe our work aimed at elucidating mechanisms of cancer initiation and progression in head and neck cancer toward the identification of novel therapeutic targets.
