Abstract

Manifold learning has been actively developed in past decades. While it has been widely applied, however, there are several open problems on the way toward statistical inference. We discuss some topics in this direction, like L^\infty spectral convergence, robustness, and eigenvalue distribution. Its clinical application to analyzing modern long-term physiological signal will also be discussed.
