Abstract
Exponential growth is prevalent in biological and economical systems. To model these complex, nonlinear systems, we proposed a general framework based on scaling and ergodic averaging of the dynamical system. This approach allows us to construct exponential-growing reaction networks with arbitrary number of nodes and reaction fluxes. In addition, we give examples of non-steady-state exponential growth that include features in oscillatory and chaotic dynamics. Finally, I will discuss a method to analyze reaction flux with delay differential equations, which enables us to calculate long-term exponential growth rate in frequency domain.
